Join us for our exhilarating weekly pole dancing classes, available on multiple days to suit your schedule. From Monday through Saturday, we offer classes during convenient time slots, ranging from 6 PM to 9 PM on weekdays and morning sessions on Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM.

Pole Dance Classes
Levels 1-6

Our Pole Dance Classes at Dundalk Pole Dance Studio are meticulously crafted to take you on a progressive journey through six captivating levels. Whether you're an absolute beginner or an experienced pole dancer seeking to refine your skills, our comprehensive curriculum ensures that there's a class tailored just for you.
In Levels 1-3, beginners will build a strong foundation, learning fundamental techniques, spins, and basic tricks. As you ascend to Levels 4-6, you'll delve deeper into the artistry of pole dance, mastering complex moves, transitions, and choreography. With the guidance of our skilled instructors, you'll unlock your full potential, embrace your inner strength, and discover the magic of pole dance at every level. Join us and embark on a transformative journey that celebrates grace, power, and self-expression through the captivating art of pole dance.
Mixed Pole

Mixed pole session is an opportunity for you to use our space & equipment to practice the moves you have learned & are currently working on. An Instructor is on hand to spot & support only, not teach new moves. Students are not permitted to teach other tricks during this lesson: The instructor will guide you if necessary! Suitable for all level 3 and above.
Choreography

During this 8 week Choreography Course you will continue to work on MSE exercises, focus a little more on flexibility and learn a comprehensive, progressive and impressive pole dance routine! Each week will build upon the last as your strength, stamina and flexibility increase. Basic spins and transitions previously learned will be combined with floor work which will flow together to create catchy choreography within each and every class. You are invited to bring heels. Suitable for Level 2 plus
Spinning Pole
(Beginners and Intermediate)

In the spinning mode, the pole uses ball bearings to spin. This mode can be used to complete more experienced pole moves, make moves easier to complete and to add a more dramatic effect to the move. Once you have mastered the basics and technique needed to control spin pole, you will start transferring some of the tricks you already know on to spin.
Both beginner and intermediate classes avaliable.
Strength and Conditioning

In this class, we place a strong emphasis on Muscle-Specific Endurance (MSE) exercises, carefully curated to benefit both on and off the pole. MSE exercises are tailored to target and develop the muscle groups essential for successful pole dance maneuvers. You'll work on building the core strength, upper body strength, and overall muscle endurance required to perform gravity-defying tricks and spins.
But that's not all – our Strength and Conditioning class goes beyond pure strength training. We also focus on flexibility and mobility, recognizing that these aspects are just as important for achieving fluidity and grace in your pole dance movements. Through a combination of stretches, dynamic movements, and mobility exercises, you'll discover newfound flexibility and range of motion, allowing you to execute those stunning pole routines with elegance and finesse.
Flexibility

We believe that flexibility is not only essential for graceful pole dancing but also for overall well-being, and this class is designed to take you on a journey of flexibility discovery, regardless of your current abilities.
In our Flexibility Class, we explore both active and passive stretches, ensuring that you develop flexibility across a complete range of movement. We pay special attention to key muscle groups, including the adductors, abductors, calves, and hamstrings. These stretches are instrumental in achieving the coveted middle splits and enhancing your overall flexibility.
We welcome participants of all levels to our Flexibility Class, and our experienced instructors provide modifications to tailor the practice to individual levels of flexibility. Whether you're a beginner looking to touch your toes or an advanced practitioner striving for more profound stretches and contortions, our class offers a supportive and inclusive environment where you can progress at your own pace.
