What do I need to bring?

Preparing for your pole dancing class is easy, and we're here to help you get started on the right foot. Here's a quick checklist of what to bring:

1. Small Towel: Pole dancing is a dynamic workout, and you may break a sweat as you gracefully move around the pole. A small towel will come in handy for wiping down and ensuring a comfortable grip.

2. Water: Staying hydrated is essential during any physical activity. Remember to bring a water bottle to keep yourself refreshed throughout the class.

3. Regular Gym Gear: For beginners, comfortable gym attire like leggings and a fitted top is perfect. Make sure your clothing allows for freedom of movement so you can fully embrace the pole.

4. As You Progress: As you advance through the levels and become more confident in your abilities, we recommend bringing shorts and heels to certain classes. Shorts help with grip and allow your skin to make contact with the pole, facilitating advanced moves. Heels add an extra element of style and flair to your performance.

Don't worry if you're just starting out; you won't need shorts or heels initially. Your instructor will guide you on when it's the right time to incorporate these items into your pole dancing journey.

No, you absolutely do not need any previous experience to join us at Dundalk Pole Dance Studio. Our classes are designed to cater to individuals of all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned performers.

Whether you've never touched a pole before or have some prior dance or fitness experience, our dedicated instructors will provide you with the guidance and support you need to feel comfortable and confident in every class. How many students are in each class?

To ensure a personalized and effective learning experience, our class sizes are intentionally kept small. Each class at Dundalk Pole Dance Studio typically accommodates a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 8 students. This small class size allows our instructors to provide individualized attention, guidance, and feedback to every participant, regardless of their skill level.
